主要目的：向国际学生讲授中国当代法律制度,使国际学生了解中国当代法律的变化与发展。

内容：项目内容注重中国法律制度中民商及国际经济法领域内容的介绍与讲授,同时项目开展期间将组织学生参观上海法院、律师事务所、上海仲裁委等法律实务部门，以期使国际学生能够对于中国法律制度尤其是商业领域的法律制度有所认识，加强国际学生对中国法治进程的了解。

Main Aim: To teach international students about China's contemporary legal system, so that international students can understand the changes and development of China's contemporary law.

Content:This program focuses on introducing civil and commercial law and international economic law of China to the international students. During the program, students will be organized to visit courts, law firms and arbitration commissions in Shanghai in order to enable international students to understand legal practice of China's legal system, especially in the commercial field. So that to strengthen international students' understanding of the process of rule of law in China.
